When a private waterfront residence sought to renew the domestic lease on its waterfront facilities, a routine review by Transport for NSW (TfNSW) uncovered a critical issue: the seawall beneath the pool area had corroded and crumbled well below standard, putting the renewal — and the structure above it — at risk.

MFA was engaged to project manage the remediation from start to finish. The scope required drilling and excavating new foundations before installing pre-cast concrete panels, engineered and constructed off-site for precision, then expertly lowered and fitted into place.
